Do you believe that diets suck, are hard, and totally undoable?
Ya. I’ve been there. I think every woman’s been there before.
The word diet is just a word. You have the power to make anything good or bad, positive or negative, work or not work. Don’t hate diets. Don’t hate the diet industry.
TAKE BACK YOUR POWER, GIRL! You get to decide what you want to manifest. And all my life, I’ve manifested my diet to work with me; not against me.

Here are some of the most popular thoughts, and how to reframe them in your mind:
“I can’t lose weight.” –> I have all the knowledge within me to make healthy choices.
“Dieting is hard and miserable.” –> When I’m nourished on a SOUL level, and this quarantine is over, I am having SO MUCH FUN that I FORGET ABOUT FOOD! And I always make the choices that produces the highest version of myself to be energized and confident when I meet people.
“I gained the quarantine 15.” –> I am resetting my metabolism to be robust; and burn more calories.
“Organic, grass-fed foods are too expensive.” –> If others have done it, I can too. And I’ll show up more energized from the fresh nourishment that I can do every more work; thus earning more $!
And you can do this with any thought in life really:
“I won’t be a millionaire at (age)” –> I am well on my way to making 6-figures! I’m sure I’ll break that first $100,000 this year in my bank account savings!
“My vision will always be bad.” –> My eyesight is always better with my contacts lens! I can get them readjusted if I want to.
“I’ll never have paying clients.” –> People see and appreciate my work, and feel my unique energy. I just keep showing up by following my joy (meeting people, having phone calls, asking people about their health goals.)

Remember, programming these new thoughts into your subconscious ill take work and repetition; post these thoughts all around your house, your bathroom, your cupboards, your FRIDGE, your running shoes, your roommate’s guitar. Each time you pass by, affirm it out loud yourself! Have immense patience for this process.
