Any Any Moment, a Miracle Could Happen.

At any point, a miracle could happen.

Ex. a phone call, a stranger paying for your grocery. A chance to help someone on the street. So, why dwell on catastrophizing on all the things that could go wrong, and instead being open to all that could go right? Why not focus on the best case scenario, and sink into that feeling?

I talked about this in my “Turn Fear into Faith” video.

If the thought of believing something better exists in any given situation, I use the phrase, “I am willing to…”.

I am willing to see this situation with love.

I am willing to reconsider my food decisions.

I am willing to go to the gym.

I am willing to entertain the thought of forgiving that person.

I am willing to say yes to that opportunity.

I am willing to wake up 15 minutes earlier.

This takes out the attachment to the outcome; because no matter what happens, you send the intention of changing, regardless of if it “worked” or not. This takes out the expectation, shame, and guilt that comes along with manifesting.

I hope this helps you as much as it’s helped me. I’ll be honest; it’s still a work-in-progress for me; I think it is for all of us. We are so wired to be vigilant, opt out of fear, and catastrophize (and a lot of the times we think about things that are UNLIKELY to happen! What’re we getting so worked up about?!). Stop. breathe. rethink.

Choose again.

So…what are you willing to rethink?
