I don’t know if ya’ll fitties have realized recently, but I’ve been on a mind makeover recently. I’ve changed my thoughts from negative to positive, spilled more gratitude, given more back in time and presence and presents to people without expecting back anything, showed up for myself in clothing that actually express, not repress, my confident self. It’s crazy, some of the things I’ve come up with through manifestation. For example, I even won a BOSE headset the other day–what?! I remember throwing my contact into into the draw box nonchalantly (you know those fairs where people get you to fill out a form with your contact info?), not thinking I would ever win anything.
These babes are worth $305 CAN. Hmm. I wonder if I should sell them or use them. I’ve only ever used earphones and never had something so audio-luxurious in my life.
How am I doing all this?
Thought is the KEY point for manifestation! Did you know that 80% of our thoughts in a day are negative?
Control your mind, control what you attract. This week’s I take an audit on what my repeating thoughts are. Every hour, I write in a little notebook what most dominant thoughts are. This helps to recognise my most pressing thoughts, and start making positive changes to them.
Just for fun, I also thought about setting alarms at 11:11, 1.11, 2:22, 3:33 etc to remind myself to choose loving thoughts about my desires. Why? Those repeating numbers of angel signs 🙂

I see them on the clock (somehow just in time), and sometimes when I type in “111” instead of “www” in the address bar.
I believe in magic again. I believe in childlike wonder. The other day I wore ocean Jupiter, a gem for healing and protection and put on a hair extension that I love. Bottom line: staying high vibe in my life by indulging in gratitude and being randomly creative in the way I dress and do things. ♡
Take an alternate path today, just for the sake of it and have no expectations. See what happens. ♡

I haven’t really paid too much attention to any other digits like 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 yet.
I didn’t end up doing the alarm exercise because I have a lot of other alarms on my phone and I’d rather not add to them right now, but it’s really easy to do and is a gentle reminder that takes literally 10 seconds of your time to just pause, think of something good, and then go on with your day!
So ya’ll know that I journal a lot. This is a new experiment!
My thoughts, on the hour:
11AM: Okay there’s rehearsal starting in 30 minutes. I still need to drop by aroma to get some hot water before I go.
12PM: It’s nice meeting people at rehearsal.
1PM: I feel the best of the sopranos 1’s! I fit in. People are nice.
2PM: I feel in flow and high vibe! wonder if I should have a quick bite right now or wait until break…
3PM: LUNCH. YUM. Tuna mix and ground pork.
4PM: I don’t understand immaturity and jokesters in class/rehearsals. (Hi XXX I’m talking to you). It pulls the focus away and we can get a lot more done with less chatter and the HEHEHEHAHAHA’s oh my gosh you’re too much sometimes. I don’t think I can ever teach elementary school children.
5PM: Oh my gosh where did my butter go? I’m missing one…or did I eat it?
Don’t laugh; but I love eating butter straight up.
6PM: What’s for lunch tomorrow? Tuna? Nah, not again. What does my gut want? Oh yeah, it has to be hand food because I don’t have time for an extensive microwaved meal between all the interviews tomorrow. Hm…prepackaged crumbled bacon? Ham? Oh so many choices. Let’s calculate the protein grams… pork chips = 25g…I’m aiming for X amount…pair that with sardines? Oh wow, ew that sounds gross. Not sure I’ll like that combo. That reminds me! I have to refill the coconut oil containers tonight since they’re empty…
7PM: Boo yeah. Rehearsals over. Yoga time.
8PM: Okay, I shouldn’t have had so much food before my session because I can’t do handstands and backbends without feeling it all in my stomach.
9PM: *Lies in bed because indigestion* I don’t think I really care about my follower count on instagram anymore. I want more engagement in the comments and real connections with my current fitties than gain a bunch of followers that have no connection to who I am as a person…I’m glad the universe knocked me out for an hour because otherwise I wouldn’t be having this eureka moment.
10PM: I DON’T CARE–I DON’T HAVE TIME FOR THIS I’M JUST GONNA PACK THE SARDINES AND PORK CHIPS AFTER ALL. GOODNIGHT. I HAVE AN 8:30AM CLASS TOMORROW.
11PM: Now…what’s the best ASMR video to tune into…? *scrolls youtube*
A lot of my time is spent prospectively thinking about the future, and I keep looping the same thoughts over and over again in my head. Recently I’ve been resting with the affirmation, “I trust myself and I trust in the universe.” so that whatever happens, I’m alright. I’m okay. Doesn’t matter if I’m prepared or not because I know I trust myself enough to know what to do when the situation presents itself. I’m grateful that I even have the dilemmas I have because some people are not fortunate enough to have my problems.
Gratitude is KEY. Energy goes where your focus goes–in other words, what you focus on expands. If you focus on gracious thoughts, gracious things blossom into your life more and more, just like how I’ve started seeing 11:11 so, so much now. I’m astounded by how they never stood out to me before.
Now,that’s not to say my problems are insignificant or don’t carry just as much stress of burden, but it’s good to see how fortunate I AM despite stressful situations. I am provided for.
I am, and have enough.
