Low Carb. Low calorie. Paleo.
Wheat, Gluten, & Dairy Free.
Oh my god. Forget portion control. Indulge away! You can thank me later. Because this thing is so low carb and calorie you can afford to.
I love recipes that don’t require much portion control. I can finally stuff my face freely!
Let me tell ya, this baby is so good just for that.
And hey, it has something to say to you!
Hello. I am an Everything batter. I’m the THE ULTIMATE everything batter because I am low in calories, low in fats, low in carbs, gluten free, soy free, wheat free, flour free, sugar free, dairy free, and all natural. I mimic the look, texture, and sometimes the taste of flour and breads, but teehee! I am so much healthier and better than those guys 🙂
MY GOODNESS YOU’RE SO YUMMY CUTE I COULD JUST EAT YOU.
I also love this recipe because the batter mimics that of real flour(so use this to fool people!) to make seemingly high carb dishes when in reality, they have none of that blood sugar spiking, anti-nutrient qualities a high carb dish has. This batter is so versatile you can make anything with it:
- Crêpes and pancakes
- Waffles
- Bread
- Pizza
- Burritos & wraps
- Biscuits
- Cake
- The possibilities are endless
Don’t worry; I’ll show you how to make some of these!
In addition, please make sure to bookmark this page because many of my future recipes will call for the use of this recipe as a base, thickener, shell, etc.
I’ve recently been looking into waffle machines so the results of this delicate recipe shape holds better. I’ve looked at future shop and walmart and wonder if I should expand my search to amazon. I’ve never purchased anything on amazon and wasn’t a fan of it when it first became a hit, but now as I see more and more people purchase things online and as I find that more exotic products can be found online than in-store, I’m thinking of jumping on the bandwagon too. Have you purchased anything from there before? What did you think of it?
